Trezor Hardware Wallet Guide
On August 30th, the Trezor One firmware was updated to version 1.6.3, which now includes support for Atheios! For more details about the latest firmware, along with update instructions, please check out their recent blog post:
You can use our web wallet or MyEtherWallet which has support for the Trezor One. We will walk through viewing your accounts and sending ATH, but before we begin, make sure your Trezor One is already firmware updated, and connected via USB.
Viewing Atheios Addresses & Wallet Info
To view your address and wallet info, click on the View Wallet Info tab, select TREZOR, and click the blue Connect to TREZOR button.
Next, you will be prompted to Export public key for Unknown coin account #1. Click Export to continue.
You will then be prompted to look at your Trezor One for number positions and enter them on the screen. Once finished, click Enter to continue.
Finally, select the account you wish to use with your Trezor One, and click Unlock your Wallet.
Once your wallet is unlocked, you can also click the Display address on TREZOR link to view your address as well as the QR code on the Trezor One itself.
Sending ATH with the Trezor One
To send ATH with your Trezor One, click on the Send Ether & Tokens tab, select TREZOR, and click the blue Connect to TREZOR button. Follow the same instructions above to unlock your wallet.
Once your wallet is unlocked, fill in the
To Address and the
Amount to Send and click Generate Transaction.
You will be prompted twice on your Trezor One to Confirm the transaction.
Once confirmed on the Trezor One, click the Send Transaction button back in your browser.
You will be prompted one final time. Click the Yes, I am Sure! Make transaction. button to continue.
Your transaction is now on it’s way, and you should see a green bar at the bottom of your screen.
If you click the Verify Transaction button on the green bar, you can view the status of you transaction on our block explorer.
